Soğanlar ince ince doğranıp etin üstüne eklenir. Daha sonra iyice kavrulur ve baharat çeşitleri, fıstık veya ceviz katılarak kavrulmaya devam edilir. (suyu az gelirse kaynamış su ekleyin.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;fasulyeler pişerken ayrı bir geniş tencereye 4 adet kuru soğanı yemeklik doğrayın.  zeytinyağını koyun. etleri yıkayıp ilave edin. ocağa alıp etler bıraktıkları suyu çekene kadar kavurun. (bu arada fasulyeler pişmeye devam etsin). daha sonra etlere salçaları ve acı biberleri ekleyin. etlerin üzerine çıkacak kadar kaynar su ilave edin. etler yumuşayana kadar pişirin. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;her ikisi de pişince fasulyeleri etlerin üzerine boşaltın.  eğer fasulye ete göre fazla görünüyorsa bir kısmını piyaz yapmak için ayırın.
